Ah the gentle rock of Power Pop continues spreading it’s goodness all over the landscape of 1986 with another record that no one has ever heard of by a band that no one has ever heard of.
It’s all very cute and Froom-y (“Apricot Drive”) but ultimately unmemorable piffle. But, boy do they try. Sounds nothing like the era. Who were these guys? Listen to this and tell me that they weren’t about 14 years too early. Not for mainstream success but to catch the section wave of Power Pop.
