I went to see One Trick Pony in the theater.
I saw Simon & Garfunkel’s concert in Central Park.
I stopped listening to his music after 1974 (not when it came out, natch)
Like everyone, I had Graceland.
I missed Hearts and Bones.
I hear the echoes of what’s coming. And some of it is lovely. Much of it is dull.
And “Cars are Cars” is a bad song. And it always will be.
