There’s an Australian band that had an Indie hit here about 15 years ago. The Cat Empire. Their song “Sly” was a bouncy, horn filled number that this totally reminds me of. It’s tinged with R&B and Jazz but it also has a bit of glam about it (“All Night Long” being an example of all of that mashed together). 
They seem to be having a good time but, it’s all kind of the New Wave piffle that wouldn’t make the Rhino Records 15 disc of New Wave Hits of the 1980s. “Tears” single, regardless. 

Fun Fact: They were originally called The Spats but renamed by Kim Fowley, who took them under his wing. Proving that Kim Fowley is the most overrated, underrated producer in Rock’s history.
