Just a year after he crapped all over the hopes and dreams of B-52s David Byrne got his hands on Fun Boy Three and...scored a truly fun record.
Maybe I'm just in a good mood or maybe I've been waiting for someone to have a good time in 1983 but this one hit all the right chords for me. Sometimes it sounds like Madness. Sometimes it's a 60s spy movie. And sometimes it's a mirror image of the uber pop single co-written by Terry Hall with his then girlfriend, Jane Weidlin.
Cuz this version of "Our Lips Are Sealed" is sooooo good.
