The addition of Ken Hensley from Uriah Heep doesn’t seem to have aided the guys here. This is a step down from the previous heights. Stick with Strikes and Marauder, which are both stellar in comparison. They don’t sound like southern rock anymore. More like a southern rock band that is trying to remain relevant in a glam rock world. Things pick up around “We’re Going Down” but that’s for the emphasis on the guitars and less on lyrics.
