Dangerous Curves
Genre: Power Pop
3.25 out of 5
Highlights:
Tonight
This is an album by a band that obviously heard all three of Joe Jackson’s first albums and loved them and decided they would try to find the wedge between I’m the Man and Beat Crazy.
Solid playing, excellent production, unmemorable songs that don’t grab ya.
What happened to Dirty Boy Cooper? From the looks of it he wrote for Sue Saad as well as Uriah Heep. He must have had good management there for a while.
Wither DB Cooper?
There’s Jackson and Springfield and Parker all over this thing. He certainly learned from the best.
