Boy, either the tracks were sourced from a cassette that was run over in the desert or it’s just a really muddy recording.
This is a self produced record b y a bunch of Australian lads who loved music and didn’t want to be lawyers.
They made 50 copies of this.
It’s pretty standard Power Pop stuff. Not really that sophisticated. The lead singer is on record as not thinking much of the album. And he’s right. There’s not much to be proud of here. It’s all pretty mediocre to bad.
Only 8 tunes. One of them is an uninspired instrumental.
Law school looking better and better. “I Was There” is about not wanting to do that. It’s probably the best track here.
