I’m actually gobsmacked at how much “The Diesquad” bites on Gary Numan’s “Conversations” without being even remotely as interesting or dynamic. 

This is an ex-Spoons guy, Brett Wickens. I prefer Stick Figure Neighborhood. 

He started a design company and created, among other albums covers, the one for Peter Gabriel’s So. 

Let’s face it, these are new toys and people wanna play with them. That’s how a genre starts. 

The experimentation of rhythms and sounds on “Geometry” was worth the 7 minutes…until it wasn’t.
