The 1981 Listening Post - Silver Condor - Silver Condor

 Silver Condor - Silver Condor

#688

1981 Housekeeping

Silver Condor

Silver Condor

Genre: Straight Up Album Oriented Rock

3.75 out of 5

Highlights:

We’re in Love

It’s Over

Does Joe Cerisano  sound like he’s shooting for that Marvin O’Day ring? He does to me. Or at the very least, Steve Perry.

The guests on this album include Rick Derringer, Clarence Clemons and Neil Schon. Waddy Wachtel would show up on their follow up.

Um…what?

Joe has gone on to be a successful singer in various media, like tv and radio commercials. And I can see why. He has that quintessential 80s power rock voice without having an identity of his own. It’s generically perfect.

Honestly, there’s nothing here that offends. It’s so early 80s transitional power rock.

I could have this on in the background just about anywhere.

Honestly, this single is the weakest track here.
