Do you miss ? & the Mysterians? What about really early Kinks?
This band did. And worshipped slavishly at that altar.
There was, apparently, a garage rock revival in the mid 80s. It didn't catch enough to get my attention. These guys are really good at it, though.
There's a couple Kinks covers and some other non-originals. What they do here is spot on but what they do is 20 years old and they don't do much with it that's different or expansive.
