Naughty Naughty
Yes, it’s the St. Elmo’s Fire guy. “Man in Motion”, the massive hit by Parr was NOT included on the US release of this so, guess what? We gotta listen to the other stuff. An album that leads off with a not-too-shabby attempt at Billy Squier heroics, “Magical” co-written by…ready? Meat Loaf.
The Squier-isms continue with the catchy “Naughty Naughty” and then suffers from incessant predicability.
If you’re hankering for John Parr’s sound, fire up Don’t Say No. That’ll quench that thirst.
