This is a weird little record. It’s part dance, part rock, part rave ala EMF, sometimes it sounds like what Adam Ant wanted to become but had no idea how to do it. There’s no surprise that someone from Apollo 440 was involved with this. That’s what it sounds a lot like. Until it doesn’t (“President Kennedy’s Mile”, when it’s faux-Rockabilly and that’s when it sounds like Vive Le Rock.
Hard to hate. Hard to care about.
