Boy was Steve Lillywhite busy in 1983.
Looking at this album through the prism of 1983 MTV completely ignores the reality: That this is a pretty great offering. I only knew the single. That’s just the start, apparently.
This is the kind of record that makes me wish I had taken a dive with them sooner and look forward to more from them.
The U2 runs strong in these guys. If they adored America more, they would be The Alarm.
