I really sorta kinda liked the first Icon album. It reminded me of, maybe, an American Kick Axe. Not as good but sure, why not?
Opening with a mid-tempo track “Naked Eyes” that, in someone else’s hands could be a single for an all female R&B pop group, is curious. It’s not really a salvo, more of a direct shot at top 40 success.
