What?
Admit it, when you saw the name you thought, “this has to be a metal band, right?” The second you put it on and you hear that first tune “Lucifer’s Angel” you realize, okay, this is closer to Alan O’Day than it is to Krokus.
This is piano driven pop rock and, no it doesn’t suck. It just must be listened to only if you are wearing long knit scarfs and Cat in the Hat hats.
And you have to wear a lot of makeup. White, almost clown makeup. And suspenders. Like Robin Williams style rainbow suspenders.
The title track is so mid-70s that I expect it to end up on a playlist with Starland Vocal band and Badfinger.
