So, this is U2, right? I mean, it sounds just like U2. The guitar. The vocals. How is this not U2? There were bands that were obviously influenced by U2 but I’ve not heard many that sound just LIKE U2. It’s really hard for me to assess this since all I can hear is The Edge and Bono. I mean, it’s a pretty good U2 album, but isn’t that what it is?
Argh.
I don’t even know how to correctly review this record.
