How many times did I go to the letter “X” at Tower or Sounds or Amoeba, hoping to find something new by my favorite LA Punk band or a live album or a bootleg only to be assaulted by aNOTHer band calling itself “X”.

Here’s the thing. They’re pretty fun. 

Couple chords. Barely in tune. They honestly sound more like The Clash than X (LA) and that sound is often welcome…sans the raga. With extra garage!
