So, I missed this one in April and I’m just now getting to it.
I’m not really up on my Greek bands but this one sounds like they stepped right out of whatever post-rock clubs were still going in 86.
Thing is, it’s much more uptempo than the droll stuff that we have been getting in the genre. It’s rock but very much wants to be music from the shadows.
It succeeds more than it fails. When it succeeds, it’s awesome. When it fails, it’s painfully self-conscious and boring.
