At first I kind of ,liked what I was hearing and then I just found it whiny and pretentious. It’s noisy and self-righteous and self-important and not really that inventive.
This is the kind of band that makes me retroactively hate Joy Division. Each of these offspring wish they could reinvent what they and Hannett did an, you know what? You just can’t so, stop it.
This also, in turn, makes me angry at The Doors, and it’s not like I need a reason to hate the Doors, but they all wanted to be Jim Morrisson so, fuck Jim Morrison and then screw Joy Division and, in turn, bury Burial in June.
