This album is like listening to razorblades scraping down metal sheeting. Except the metal sheeting is really really thin and it bleeds. So…metal skin.
It’s the sound of punk transforming into something else. It’s not quite Kill Room music, nor is it something you really wanna skateboard to.
You wanna listen to it while you imagine your POS stepfather being run over by bus that, for no reason except that it is on a mission to kill Brad, has decided to turn down your suburban street and run him over. Slowly. Not Zamboni slowly. It’s just that it doesn’t hit him like a murder joke in a tv show. In fact, he sees the bus. He just can’t get away.
Or, better yet, you push him into it.
Fuck.
Mom’s calling. It’s dinner time.
I can’t wait to get the hell out of here.
Fuck you, Brad.
