I was a few songs into this, thinking: “This sounds like a side project for members of Asia.”
Turns out, at some point John Wetton was involved with this. Not this album, though. But, future artists include Brian may, so it’s a shock that I’d never heard of this.
A member of Whitesnake and a Deep Purple-ite, too, so how did this not show up on my Black Sabbath/Deep Purple retrospective a decade ago?
I’m filling this review with words cuz otherwise I’d have to talk about it and it’s so pedestrian it makes me wish I never started this project.
