Honestly, that’s all this is a about. The band keeps time, the singer growls and shouts and makes words but this is all about the lead guitarist. He noodles his licks all over the place and just waits until its his turn to turn it on.
The history of this band is intriguing. At one point they were fronted by Morrissey of all people. On their first album, Mick Ronson guested. And they had a relationship with the manager for Joy Division.
And, despite the pedigree…the album is mediocre as all get out. The Ramones with too much lead guitar and not enough charm.
